How it works

Know the steps before you book.

1. Read the offer and terms, then choose a time when booking opens.
2. Share your business, biggest challenge, goals, and approximate implementation budget. “Not sure yet” is welcome.
3. Pay $500 upfront to book. No preliminary consultation or qualification approval is required.
4. Check your confirmation and calendar invitation for the meeting details.
5. Attend the session, then receive your written plan by email.

The session gives you advice and a plan. Any implementation work needs its own agreed scope, proposal, and payment schedule.

Cancellation & rescheduling

When plans change.

• At least 24 hours before: choose a full refund or free rescheduling.
• Less than 24 hours before: one courtesy reschedule; no refund.
• No-show: no refund.
• If Digital Gaines cancels: you choose a full refund or rescheduling.

Project credit

Put the session toward your next project.

After completing the session, the full $500 can count toward one Digital Gaines implementation project priced at $1,000 or more.

• Accept the proposal and pay its required deposit within 30 calendar days after the session.
• The credit reduces the total project price. It does not delay payment for 30 days. Your individual proposal sets the payment schedule.
• Advertising spend, third-party fees, and ongoing monthly services are excluded.
• One use, no cash value, and no combining with other discounts.
• Refunded sessions earn no credit.
